Under 16, AITA National Series (NS) Tournament- Mysuru's Padmapriya Ramesh Kumar wins U-16 girls singles title
Mysuru based 13 year old Padmapriya Ramesh Kumar representing Karnataka won the U-16 girls singles title in the AITA NS (National Series) tennis tournament held at Ash Tennis Academy, Shamirpet, Telangana from 1st December to 6th December 2025.
In the girls U-16 singles final, Padmapriya beat Aniha Garinolla 6-3, 6-3. In the girls U-16 doubles event, Padmapriya Ramesh Kumar & Shazfa finished runner-up.
Padmapriya Ramesh Kumar trains at the Raghuveer Tennis Center in Mysore and is coached by N.P.Raghuveer.

M15 ITF men's tennis tournament - Bhubaneswar - Mysuru lad Prajwal Dev wins his maiden ITF men's singles title
Second seeded Mysuru based Prajwal Dev beat seventh seeded Digvijay Pratap Singh 7-6(4), 7-6(1) in the final and clinched his first ITF men's singles title and completed a fine double (he had already won the men's doubles title on Saturday) in the M15 ITF men's tennis tournament which concluded in Bhubaneswar on Sunday.
