Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin cubes
½ cup millet
¼ cup yellow moong dal
Ginger, turmeric, cumin, ghee & rock salt
Method:
Soak millet + moong dal for 20 mins.
Sauté cumin, ginger & pumpkin in ghee.
Add millet, dal, spices & water. Cook until soft and creamy.

Method:
Mix flour, besan, cumin, sesame, turmeric, ginger & salt.
Add drumstick leaves and knead into a soft dough using warm water.
Rest for 10 minutes.
Roll into theplas and roast with a little ghee till golden.
