es from my childhood, it is the pursuit of yoga that continues to provide healing to my heart, body and soul. Yoga helped me tackle my insecurities, fears and gave me the opportunity to succeed. This experience helped me become a fierce, strong and confident, an education for life that no classroom could ever provide. I am a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher and for over a decade worked in gyms, and yoga studios. My unique approach is a culmination of 10 plus years of experience and expertise working with hundreds of clients as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and health coach. My mission in life is to inspire, elevate and teach yoga as many people as possible, to encourage all to live to their fullest, most creative and most joyful potential!
