Aavhan, the sports fest of IIT Bombay in collaboration with Fitizen India present to you the 4th Edition of IIT Bombay Half Marathon. For a nominal entry fee starting from Rs. 799, one can have timed runs of 5 km, 10 km, and 21.1 km. The event is on the 30th of October and the starting point is at the SAC. So register and get a chance to compete in one of Mumbai's biggest marathons.
Additionally, IIT Bombay students get a flat 50% discount on the ticket price!

Now that the 'Friendly Games' are over, India made its mark in various domains of sport, with many gold medals in wrestling, para powerlifting, boxing, and athletics. We send our best wishes to all the medalists who made India proud and cannot wait to see them excel in the future.

With the recent conclusion of the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, the Indian contingent brought sixty-one medals home, bringing the country to fourth place on the medal tally this year. We are proud to see their hard work and effort pay off in athletics, para powerlifting, wrestling, boxing, para table tennis, badminton, table tennis, and badminton. We congratulate all the winners and wish them well in their future endeavors.
