-PRANAM
A Farmer Meeting had conducted at Village Khanpur Kasba, Block-Bijna , District-moradabad, for the promotion of FOM, PDM, PROM and other Organic Fertilizers of RCF.
Following dignitaries were present in this program:

3. Mr. Aman Agarwal, Progressive Farmer of the village (Polyhouse and Drip Irrigation)

Under PM-PRANAM, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd. (RCF) had conducted a farmer training programme with the objective of promoting balanced and sustainable nutrient management practices. The programme focused on creating awareness about the importance of organic and eco-friendly inputs in improving soil health, enhancing crop productivity, and reducing excessive dependence on chemical fertilizers.
During the training session, RCF organic products were explained in detail by RCF officials’ Key products such as Biola, PDM, FOM and PROM were discussed, highlighting their composition, method of application, crop suitability and long-term benefits to soil fertility. Practical guidance was provided to help farmers integrate these products into their existing farming practices.

Mr. Vipin Kumar Saini , also shared his experiences and insights, highlighting the importance of balanced nutrient management and sustainable agricultural practices. How the incorporation of organic products has helped in maintaining the soil health. He also appealed the participants to use Organic products along with conventional bulk fertilizers to improve soil health.

Mr. Aman Agarwal , progressive farmers had shared his valuable experience and balance use fertilizers in the field. During the interaction, farmers raised various queries regarding the scheme's objectives, benefits, and implementation process. All doubts and concerns were addressed comprehensively, ensuring better understanding among the participants. The session concluded with positive feedback and increased awareness about the scheme.

A Farmer Training Program had conducted for Promotion of RCF Organic Fertilizers under PM-PRANAM Scheme at Mulwad, Taluka- Kolhar Dist. Vijayapur State Karnataka. The program was arranged at the fertilizer shop nearest to Post office and Panchayat office where most farmers from the surrounding villages visit regularly for their work. The live streaming of Hon. Prime Ministers event of disbursement of 23rd instalment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi was also shown to the farmers.

Prof. Gururaj Halkatti had given the information about Soil health and the importance of soil testing. He discussed about necessity of PDM, PROM, FOM,
Compost, its importance and various aspects of soil health like organic carbon, pH,
EC and also explained the soil health card and its importance.

Mr. Sattayya, a progressive farmer of the village addressed the farmers regarding improvement of soil health. He had also given the information about importance of Organic fertilizers and Integrated Nutrient Management in farming practices.

Mr. Kulbhushan Gavali had guided the farmers regarding basic concepts of various
fertilizers. Necessity of its balanced use according to crops. Further explained and urged farmers to use PDM, PROM, FOM, LFOM and City Compost for soil rejuvenation. Also explained about importance of purchasing fertilizers through POS device and about RCF’s other products.

-PRANAM
A farmer meeting had organized to promote the use of organic fertilizers under the PM PRANAM initiative at Wadhona, Tal. Karanja, Dist.Wardha. The objective of the meeting was to create awareness among farmers about organic farming practices and the balanced use of fertilizers for sustainable agriculture.

During the program, Dr. R. S. Zazode, Subject Matter Specialist, Agronomy, guided the farmers about various state government schemes related to organic farming. He explained how farmers can benefit from these schemes and encouraged them to adopt organic practices. He also demonstrated and explained different methods of preparing organic fertilizers at home using locally available materials, which can help reduce cultivation costs and improve soil health.
Shri. Suyog Deshmukh, Officer (MKTG), Give information about the importance of the balanced use of fertilizers. He also explained how excessive use of chemical fertilizers can affect soil fertility and crop productivity. the importance of soil testing before applying fertilizers so that farmers can apply the right nutrients in the correct quantity. He also encouraged farmers to use organic fertilizers along with chemical fertilizers for better crop growth and long-term soil sustainability.

-PRANAM
RCF Gujarat had organised Farmers Meeting under PM PRANAM at –APMC Mehsana, Taluka & Dist- Mehsana for promotion of balance use of fertilizer, promotion of organic and Bio-fertilizers and encourage farmers for soil testing.
In this program, information about soil testing and its significance to the farmers is given, also suggested use of balance fertilizers as per the requirement of crops in soil. Benefits of PM PRANAM scheme to the farmers had also discussed.

Sh. Uday Laxman Musale, RCF Official had explained about the balance used of fertilizers and promoting the use of organic fertilizers & how they help in improving the soil fertility and structure. Information of soil health testing was given to farmers and also benefits of RCF-PDM, PROM, FOM, Biola was shared with the farmers.

Mr. Jignesh Chaudhary (Agriculture Officer) explained about new technologies of recent agriculture and about the various Bio fertilizers available and he gave information about various farmer’s schemes introduced recently. Farmers were also explained about proper ways of using bio-fertilizers, dosing pattern etc.

A Farmer meeting was conducted by RCF Karimnagar at Gandhi Road, Karimnagar Dist. of Telangana State for the promotion of organic fertilizers like RCF’s FOM, PDM, PROM and various organic fertilizers of RCF LTD under PM PRANAM Scheme.

Mr. Sai Sumanth (RCF Officials) gave brief introduction about RCF and its products which are farmer centric and are helpful for the better yield in their farms. Mr. Ashok (Agriculture Extention Officer) had explained about importance of use of organic fertilizers in maintaining soil and plant health and also explained balanced use of fertilizers in cultivation of paddy and cotton crops, majorly focusing on organic fertilizers of RCF like FOM, PDM, PROM and City compost. efficient nutrient management in crops by application of various organic fertilizers and manures was also discussed during the event.

Farmer meeting was conducted by RCF-Andhra Pradesh under PM-PRANAM Scheme to spread awareness among farmers about the scheme, Importance of Balance Use of Fertilizers and to encourage them to use organic Fertilizers in Kadiyadda Village, Tadepalligudem Mandal of West Godavari district.
Officer (Mktg) has started the meeting with an overview of RCF company and its product portfolio, also explained the PM PM-PRANAM scheme to farmers. Discussion about the issue of soil detoriation and advised farmers to use organic Fertilizers like RCF’s PROM, PDM, FOM, City Compost & etc.
The meeting was also addressed by Mr.Y.Sekhar, Village Agricultural Assistant and advised how to reduce the usage of chemical Fertilizers, importance of soil testing and recommended them to apply Fertilizers based on nutrient deficiency.

# आरसीएफ-पश्चिमबंगाल #पीएम-प्रणामयोजना #किसान-संगोष्ठी
आरसीएफ पश्चिम बंगाल ने पीएम-प्रणाम योजना के अंतर्गत आरसीएफ के जैविक उर्वरकों के प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु ग्राम मझदिया, तहसील कृष्णानगर, जिला नदिया (पश्चिम बंगाल) में एक दिवसीय किसान संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया।
कार्यक्रम के प्रारंभ में श्री आशीष रंजन, अधिकारी (विपणन) ने स्वागत उद्बोधन प्रस्तुत करते हुए आरसीएफ एवं उसके विभिन्न उत्पादों के बारे में जानकारी दी। उन्होंने किसानों को समग्र पोषण प्रबंधन तथा आरसीएफ के रासायनिक एवं जैविक उर्वरकों की उपलब्धता एवं उपयोगिता के संबंध में विस्तार से अवगत कराया। साथ ही सुजला, एफओएम, प्रोम, पीडीएम एवं सिटी कम्पोस्ट के लाभों तथा उनके उचित उपयोग की विधियों के बारे में भी जानकारी प्रदान की।
इस अवसर पर विषय विशेषज्ञ श्री मलय घोष (एम.एससी. कृषि) ने जैविक उर्वरकों के महत्व पर प्रकाश डालते हुए बताया कि इनके नियमित उपयोग से मिट्टी की उर्वरता एवं गुणवत्ता में सुधार होता है तथा फसल उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता भी बेहतर होती है। उन्होंने किसानों को उर्वरकों के संतुलित एवं वैज्ञानिक उपयोग के संबंध में भी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान की।

इस किसान संगोष्ठी में लगभग 40 किसानों ने भाग लिया। उपस्थित किसानों ने कार्यक्रम में दी गई जानकारी को उपयोगी एवं लाभदायक बताया तथा कार्यक्रम की सराहना की।

पीएम प्रणाम के तहत आरसीएफ सेंद्रिय उर्वरकोंके प्रचार के लिए एक दिवसीय किसान संगोष्टी कार्यक्रम का आयोजन ग्राम-क्योड़क, तहसील/जिला-कैथल, राज्य-पंजाब में आयोजित किया गया। श्री गौरव राय (अधिकारी विपणन-आरसीएफ) ने प्रारंभिक उद्बोधन के रूप में आरसी एफ के बारेमे और उनके उत्पाद के विषय के बारे में जानकारी सजादी गयी और किसनोको समग्र पोषण प्रबंधन तथा आरसीएफ के रासायनिक उर्वरक और जैविक उर्वरक के उपलब्धता के बारे में जानकारी दी गयी। आरसीएफ के जैविक उर्वरक जैसे कि FOM,LFOM,PROM,PDM,City Compost के लाभ और अनुप्रयोग विधि के बारे में किसनोको समझाया गया। इस मोके पर विषय विशेषज्ञ श्री प्रशांत कौशिक, वैज्ञानिक (कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र, कैथल) ने जैविक उर्वराकोंकी उपयोधगता और उनके उपयोग से मिट्टी की गुणवत्ता के साथ फसल उत्पदानोकी गुणवत्ता में सुधार के विषय में जानकारी दी, और उर्वराकोंकी संतुलित मात्रा के प्रयोग के बारे में जानकारी डी गयी।
