Most people run away from the rain. Fighters walk into it.” 🌧️🥊
There’s something different about training Muay Thai in the rain. Every punch, every kick, every knee feels raw, real, and alive. The sound of the rain drowns out the noise of the world, leaving only your breath, your heartbeat, and your fighting spirit. The rain doesn’t make training easier—it makes you stronger. It challenges your balance, sharpens your focus, builds mental toughness, and reminds you that nature is the greatest training partner. A true fighter doesn’t wait for perfect conditions; they learn to perform in every condition. Train in the rain, respect nature, stay disciplined, and you’ll discover a level of peace that only warriors understand. 🌧️🔥🥊
Safety first: Train on a non-slip surface, avoid lightning or thunderstorms, keep your movements controlled, stay hydrated even in the rain, and dry off immediately after training to prevent muscle stiffness.

Through group classes and personal training, not only do we help our clients improve their health and physical well-being, but we also equip them with techniques in self-defense and self-discipline.
Self-defence techniques don’t fail under pressure—untrained people do. In a real attack, your heart races, your vision narrows, and your brain doesn’t have time to remember “step 1, step 2, step 3.” That’s why every escape, strike, and defence must be practiced thousands of times until it becomes muscle memory. Under extreme stress, you won’t rise to the occasion—you’ll fall back to your level of training. The more you repeat, the faster your body reacts without freezing. Train until your movements become automatic, because when seconds matter, instinct beats hesitation. Repetition builds confidence, confidence reduces panic, and that’s what gives you the best chance to protect yourself when it matters most. 💥🥊
Forget boring workouts—move like an animal and unlock your body’s true potential! 🐅🔥 Crouching Tiger, Alligator Crawl, Seal Walk, Sparrow Hops, and the Worm aren’t just fun challenges; they’re powerful functional movements that build real-world strength, improve joint mobility, boost coordination, enhance balance, and fire up your core like never before. Every step, crawl, and hop challenges muscles you didn’t even know you had while making fitness feel like a game. You’ll laugh, struggle, sweat, and come out stronger every session! Train smarter, move better, and make your body capable of anything. Which animal walk are you trying first? 💪🐊
INTENSE KICKBOXING CLASS = pure chaos, sweat & good vibes 🔥🥊 Some students looked tired as DEAD after the session 😵💫, some were still bouncing around saying “one more round!” 😈, and some were out there catching their breath and sweating like they just took a full bath 💦😂. That’s the beauty of training — different energy levels, same warrior mindset. We pushed limits, burned calories, built stamina, tested mental toughness and had crazy fun doing it. Every punch, every kick, every round gets you stronger. No shortcuts. No comfort zone. Just sweat, discipline, fitness, self defence and becoming harder to break. Who are you in class — Team Dead ☠️, Team One More Round ⚡ or Team Catch My Breath 😮💨?
Self defence isn’t just about fighting — it’s about awareness, confidence & survival. ⚠️🥋 In our Self Defence Workshop for Men & Women, we train real-life situations: knife stab defence awareness, hair grabs, collar grabs, escape drills, verbal de-escalation & public safety mindset. Most people lose because they’re distracted — eyes on the phone, headphones on, zero awareness of surroundings. Stay alert. Observe exits. Trust your instincts. Learn to react before panic starts. Strong body + sharp mind = better protection. This workshop is fun, practical, challenging and built for real-world situations because safety starts before the first attack.
Animal walks aren’t just for kids — they’re one of the most fun and underrated ways to build real fitness 🔥 Shrimp walks, donkey kicks, tortoise walks and worm crawls challenge your body in a completely different way. They improve joint mobility, build full body strength, increase coordination, balance and core stability while making movement feel like play instead of boring workouts. The best part? You’re laughing one second and fighting for survival the next 😤💪 These movements push your body in new angles, wake up inactive muscles and make you stronger without feeling repetitive. Fun + challenge + mobility + strength = the ultimate movement workout. Try it once and your body will feel the difference! 🐒🔥
People ask — “Why didn’t people in the local train catch Mayank Lohar’s murderer?” But before judging, ask yourself this — when was the last time YOU jumped into a violent situation, stopped a fight, separated two people in a crowded train, or helped catch a criminal? Most people freeze not because they don’t care — they’re scared, shocked, and have no idea what to do. Public is not trained for high-stress situations and most have zero awareness of conflict management or emergency response. Fear, confusion and survival instinct take over in seconds. This is exactly why verbal self defence, situational awareness and knowing when to call authorities matters as much as physical self defence. Instead of only blaming the crowd, maybe it’s time we ask — are we prepared if such a situation happens in front of us tomorrow?
Physical self defence is important… but verbal self defence can save you before a fight even starts. In local trains, public places or crowded situations, one heated argument can turn dangerous in seconds. Learn to control the situation before trying to control the person.
Step 1: Check if the person is drunk or not — if they’re intoxicated, DO NOT ARGUE. Distance is smarter than ego.
Step 2: If the argument is getting out of control, call RPF or ask authorities for help instead of fighting alone.
Step 3: Sometimes saying “Sorry” doesn’t mean you lost — it means you chose peace over chaos and ended the conflict quickly.
Real strength isn’t winning every argument.
Training Jiu Jitsu as husband and wife is one of the funniest and most beautiful things at the same time. One moment you’re drilling techniques like serious athletes, the next moment you’re laughing because someone got caught in a silly position or turned a simple roll into a playful battle. It teaches trust, patience, teamwork and reminds you that growth together doesn’t always have to be serious. On the mats there’s no ego, just learning, choking each other respectfully, escaping submissions and creating memories that become stories for life. Couples that train together don’t just build skills — they build a stronger bond, one roll at a time. 🥋❤️😂
Animal walks are one of the most underrated ways to build fitness while actually having fun. Monkey walks, frog jumps, chimpanzee walks, bunny hops and seal walks challenge your whole body at once — improving joint mobility, coordination, balance, strength, agility and endurance. These natural movement patterns wake up muscles that normal gym workouts often miss and help your body move the way it was designed to move.
The best part? It never feels boring. You laugh, move, compete and forget you’re even training while your body is getting stronger with every round. Animal walks make fitness feel like play again — but don’t underestimate them… after a few minutes, your legs burn, your lungs work, and your joints feel more alive than ever. Train like an animal, move with freedom, and build a body that performs, not just looks good. 🐒🐸🔥
