Round 1 set the tone.

Neel Shah put his Polo on pole in qualifying, but Pratik Sonawane had the final word—taking the chequered flag in both races.

And the debutants were right in the fight.

Hitarth Bhatt and Balaji joined fellow debutant Neel Shah in the top three across the two races, making their first Polo Cup India weekend one to remember.

Siddharth Desai | Mumbai

A true petrolhead with lap records at circuits across the globe, Siddharth Desai has built his racing experience far beyond a single series or a single country.

Balaji Raju arrives on the Polo Cup India grid with proven touring car credentials, having already claimed a win at the highest level of his previous racing campaign.

Now, the Chennai driver makes his Polo Cup India debut, bringing that experience, racecraft and appetite for competition into the Race Polo.

Touring Car Debut.

A proven winner in 4-stroke karting, Hitarth Bhatt arrives at the Polo Cup India grid with multiple race wins and podiums to his name, along with international karting experience from Dubai.

After putting in the laps through multiple Polo Cup India testing programmes, the Ahmedabad driver is now ready to take that pace into a new arena.

His first touring car season starts here.

A legacy built over seasons.

A runner-up in 2019 and the Polo Cup India winner in 2023, Pratik Sonawane has already etched his name into the history of the series.

Now, with years of experience behind the wheel and plenty more to prove, Pratik returns to the 2026–27 grid looking to continue building his legacy in India's premier one-make car racing series.
