Honoured to Share Numero Yoga with the International Yoga Community 🇮🇳🤝🇺🇦

I feel deeply grateful to have conducted an international online workshop on "Numero Yoga: Theory & Practice"
for the *Association of Kundalini Yoga Teachers of Ukraine (KYTAU)*.

The workshop brought together yoga teachers, yoga therapists, psychologists, healthcare professionals, rehabilitation specialists, and researchers from Ukraine and several other countries. Many participants are actively supporting military personnel, veterans, displaced families, and people affected by the ongoing war.
It was truly heartening to witness their enthusiasm, thoughtful questions, and openness to exploring how simple awareness-based yogic practices can support *stress management, emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being*.
I am humbled by the kind words and positive feedback received from the organisers. Their appreciation strengthens my belief that *Yoga has the power to connect people across cultures and borders, offering hope, compassion, and inner strength during challenging times.*

My sincere thanks to the *Association of Kundalini Yoga Teachers of Ukraine*.
This is another step in the journey of sharing *Numero Yoga – Elevating Mind-Body Harmony* with the world.
