STOP ✋ STRETCHING BEFORE YOUR WORKOUT..

Stretching before a workout isn’t necessarily bad it depends on the type, timing, and purpose. 👀

Long static stretches right before intense training will temporarily relax you muscles ,it may not be the best way to prepare your body for performance.

Instead, think:

🔥 Dynamic mobility
⚡ Active movements
💪 Muscle activation

And static stretching? It can still have a place in your routine, especially when flexibility and relaxation are the goal.

Before training: MOVE & ACTIVATE.
After training: STRETCH & RELAX.

Save this for your next workout! 💯

🚫 Squat Myth #1: “Your knees should NEVER go past your toes.”

Let’s clear this up once and for all.

One of the most common cues people hear is:
“Keep your knees behind your toes.”

While it may sound like good advice, forcing your knees to stay behind your toes isn’t how a natural squat works.

When you deliberately push your hips too far back to stop your knees from moving forward:

• You shift your center of gravity behind your feet.
• Your balance becomes unstable.
• Your squat depth is reduced.
• Your ankles can’t move through their full range of motion.
• Your body compensates by leaning excessively forward or losing posture.

Instead, think about this:

✅ Sit straight down with control.
✅ Stay balanced over your entire foot.
✅ Let your knees move naturally as your ankles, knees, and hips work together.

For most people, it’s completely normal—and healthy—for the knees to travel over the toes during a deep squat. What matters isn’t where your knees end up; it’s whether you’re moving with control, maintaining balance, and keeping your feet stable.

Don’t force an unnatural position because of an outdated fitness myth. Train the movement, not the myth.

💾 Save this post so you don’t fall for this mistake again.

➡️ In the next reel, I’ll explain the “TRIPOD FOOT”—the foundation of every strong, stable, and pain-free squat. Once you understand this concept, your squat will instantly feel more balanced.

Lower back feeling stiff or tight?

Your Lower back mught not be the problem
Your QL (Quadratus Lumborum) muscle could be the reason.

This side cobra stretch is one of my favorite ways to release tension, improve mobility, and give the lower back some much-needed relief.

Stretch both sides, breathe deeply, and move better. ✨

Save this for later and share it with someone who struggles with lower back pain.

Your pelvic floor and core work together — train them the right way. 💪✨

In this video, I’m sharing 3 simple but effective exercises to improve core engagement, pelvic floor strength, and glute activation:

✅ Pelvic Tilt – Engage your core, tilt your pelvis, hold for 3–5 seconds, then relax.

✅ Glute Bridge Reps – Lift up, squeeze your glutes and core, hold for 3–5 seconds, then lower down.

✅ Glute Bridge Hold – Maintain a posterior pelvic tilt, brace your core, and hold for 15–20 seconds.

Perform each exercise for 10–12 repetitions and make it part of your daily routine.

Small, consistent efforts lead to a stronger core, better posture, reduced back pain, and improved pelvic floor health. 🙌

Most people have no idea they’re working out with their core completely switched off. 😮

Here’s what nobody tells you —
Before ANY exercise, you need to learn how to actually turn your core on.

The drill is called “Posterior Pelvic Tilt”. And it takes 30 seconds to feel it.

Here’s how:
👉 Lie on your back
👉 Place your palm under your lower back
👉 Press your lower back DOWN into your hand as hard as you can
👉 Feel that contraction? That’s your core.
👉 Now remove the hand. Press the floor. Hold it.

That feeling right there — that’s what you should maintain during EVERY workout.

No more guessing. No more “am I doing this right?”

Saved this for later? Train Smart💡

Share it with someone who trains hard but skips this step.

Dead Bug isn’t about moving your arms and legs randomly.

It’s about control. 🧠

When I first taught my wife this exercise, she was doing what most people do👇

❌ No core engagement
❌ Lower back losing contact with the floor
❌ Arms and legs moving without coordination
❌ Rushing through reps

So we slowed everything down and focused on the fundamentals:

✅ Posterior pelvic tilt
✅ Core braced throughout
✅ Lower back pressed into the floor
✅ Opposite arm and leg moving together
✅ Arms and legs staying parallel
✅ Slow, controlled repetitions

Remember:

Dead Bug is not a movement exercise. It’s a stability exercise.

If your core can’t control your limbs, your body will compensate elsewhere.

Master the basics first, and you’ll build a stronger core, better posture, and more efficient movement.

Save this reel and tag someone who thinks Dead Bugs are easy. 🔥
