Perfect diet. Intense workouts. Getting enough sleep. Managing stress (or so she thought).

This is what I see with high-achieving women constantly. They optimize everything. Yet nothing works.
They're solving the wrong problem.
Here are 5 things most women wish they knew about PCOS:
1. PCOS is not an ovarian disease- it's a metabolic-hormonal condition.
The ovaries are reacting, not malfunctioning on their own. Treat the root cause: insulin resistance, inflammation, and faulty hormonal signaling. The ovaries will follow.
2. Stress can worsen PCOS even if your diet and exercise are perfect.
Cortisol talks directly to insulin and androgens. For high-performing women already under corporate stress, elevated cortisol keeps your body in fat-storage mode. No diet fixes that.
3. Doing more workouts can actually backfire.
Overtraining raises cortisol and can worsen symptoms. For high-achievers managing stress, aggressive HIIT can keep your cortisol floor too high. Nervous-system-friendly movement often works better.
4. Regular periods don't always mean PCOS is under control.

Most yoga studios are just adult daycare centers. There, I said it. 🚩
The industry is addicted to the ‘aesthetic’ of healing while ignoring the science of it. Swipe left to see the trash I’m officially redacting from my practice.
If there is no assessment, it’s just guessing.
If the plan is generic, it’s not for your body.
If it’s a ‘quick fix’, it won’t last.
I’m blacking out the noise because your body isn't a template, and your practice shouldn't be a script. True progress requires a nervous system that feels safe to adapt and a practice rooted in data, not guesswork.
My practice has standards. Do you?
No diet this year. Just eating smarter.
I'm not doing restrictive meal plans or counting every calorie. I'm just finally learning what actually makes me feel good.
→ Protein in the morning so I don't crash before lunch
→ Carbs when my body actually uses them (midday)
→ Eating before I'm starving (because that's when I make bad choices)
→ Light dinners so I actually sleep well
Not perfect. Not Instagram-worthy every day. Just... better.
