Our favourite part of Yoga? Enabling others to realise its benefits and help them enrich their lives.

There is no greater joy than being able to turn your passion into something that can help make a difference and touch so many lives.

In December 2019, we conducted a week long yoga workshop as part of a NSS (national student service) camp for young girls aged 18-20.

“The purpose of karma yoga is to transcend the bo***ge of selfish genes through the service of others”

A motto we truly believe in and live by.

We are affiliated with multiple BMC schools where we encourage underprivileged students to benefit from the benefits of Yoga from a young age. Some pictures from pre-Covid days, when we conducted weekly sessions for 10th grade students.

Daan Utsav takes place from the 2nd to 8th of October every year and is an initiative to spread love, kindness and to give back to the society.

We are thrilled to be a part of this years ‘Joy of Giving week’ with Trinayani, a NGO that works towards disability awareness.

This 60 minute session will be conducted on the 6th of October from 4:30-5:30pm.

It is open to all, so make sure you don’t miss it.

Lotus pose

DHYANA | the 7th Limb of Ashtanga Yoga by Patanjali.

Focus your mind on a single point—your breath, a mantra/chant, rotation of beads in a japa, visualising an object like a deity, staring at a candle flame.
Start with 2 to 3 minutes of practice with determination and gradually increase the time and enjoy the moments of stillness.
If you feel drowsy then take a few deep breaths and exhale forcefully.
Remember, different asanas and forms of meditation suit different levels of practitioners.
