bFitbActive is a dream of Akash Sharma and his support is his wife Dr. Gaveshana S. Sharma. Akash is an IT Professional turned into a Fitness & Life Coach profession, he is also a Certified Fitness Trainer, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, Life & Business Coach, Marathoner and Dr. Gaveshana is a BHMS, Dietitian, Aerobics & Zumba Trainer. They want to empower people to achieve lasting results and live a new life Health and Happiness with amazing fitness. There method is applicable to people of all ages and current condition. Akash started his journey when he achieved his personal fitness result. Akash earlier was overweight and a very lazy IT Professional. When he started his journey of being fit and active he got educated by her dietitian Dr. Gaveshana about an approach of a 24 Hours Fit and Active Person.

When he followed this approach he lost an Amazing 19 Kilos Weight, not only he lost weight he felt new energy inside him so he started running thanks to his coach and mentor Mr. Ajay Sethi who guided him for running and he started running Marathons he have completed one of the toughest marathon i.e. Ladakh Full Marathon, completed Mumbai Marathon, 3 times Delhi Half Marathons, have been a Pace Setter in Jaipur Half Marathon. Won 2 Body Transformation Challenges. Unofficially he has run more than 4 Full Marathon distances, 20 times Half Marathon Distances and 1 time 50 Kms Run.
