Introduces kids between the age of 3-10 years to physical activities like Football, Dance and Karate Crossfit Training. What is WUK? Why is WUK necessary?

A revolutionary and path-breaking concept of introducing kids between 03 – 10 years to the joys and rigours of physical activity that can enthuse them to embrace disciplines like sport, dance, martial arts professionally or as a hobby later in life. Warming Up Kids as a wholesome option for parents who want to see their children healthy, enthusiastic, energetic and disciplined right from the early

childhood days ensuring that some of this early exposure stays back in them in the least as a habit. The approach to this training procedure of warming up would be building a comprehensive syllabus of global physical education disciplines many known for their deep psychological and mental benefits in the formative years for a child. Some of these would be Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Dance, Sport, Martial Arts etc

Why is WUK path-breaking? It is path-breaking because the idea is to have a beginner’s advantage in introducing a major system in to the child’s body memory and achieve two major goals: human movement and physical fitness (motor and health-related); which comprises of the following disciplines: motor learning, motor development, kinesiology, biomechanics, exercise physiology, sport psychology, sport sociology, and aesthetics. A physically educated person HAS learned skills necessary to perform a variety of physical activities; IS physically fit; DOES participate regularly in physical activity; KNOWS implications of and benefits from involvement in physical activities; VALUES physical activity and its contributions to a healthful lifestyle; RESPECTS his own body and those of others and therefore is unlikely in physically violent crime; LEARNS to LEAD. Keeping in mind the perceived obesity crisis and decreasing rates of physical activity among children further accentuated by the lack of playing spaces and the paucity of time that parents have to take their children out for sporting activities, WUK has been conceived as a project that at one level engages the child with its body and at another level motivates the parent to get involved in the learning process by his own participation and excitement. Also important is the fact that WUK offers a reasonable and balanced option where at the other extreme of the spectrum many children are coerced into a sport or activity often ignoring that fact that each child is unique and needs to enjoy learning at a pace suited to himself and he may not have an inclination or aptitude for that activity at all.
