• Up to 50 kg Bodyweight – 12 kg Kettlebell
• 50–80 kg Bodyweight – 16 kg Kettlebell
• Above 80 kg Bodyweight – 20 kg Kettlebell

Men
• Up to 50 kg Bodyweight – 20 kg Kettlebell
• 50–80 kg Bodyweight – 24 kg Kettlebell
• Above 80 kg Bodyweight – 32 kg Kettlebell

Test Requirements (Using Individual Test-Size Kettlebell)
✔ 1 Single-Arm Press
✔ 5 Double Kettlebell Squats
✔ 100 Swings in 5 Minutes

I feel very proud and exhilarated to inform you all that the Athletes of Legion Fitness Studio who participated in ‘Men and women North 24 Parganas District CLASSIC powerlifting competition' organized by, North 24 pgs District POWER LIFTING ASSOCIATION, have performed extraordinarily well and won medals in respective fields.

6 years back in 2019, Legion fitness studio started a journey with so much ambition in eyes. Like every success story, our story has also gone through a hell lot of difficult situations.
But you can't stop dreaming and chasing it no matter what comes your way.You gotta be focused and steadfast at what you are doing and success is bound to come to you just like it came to our champs.
