Most ambitious people don’t have a motivation problem.

They have a motion problem.

Planning.
Researching.
Optimizing.
Tweaking.
Posting.

All of it feels productive.

That’s why it’s so hard to spot.

The dangerous part is that motion and progress feel identical while you’re doing
them.

But only one changes the outcome.

A simple test:
Can you name the ONE action this week that directly moved your business, career, or life forward?

Not prepared.

Not planned.

Moved.

Because busy is a feeling.

Progress is a result.

And the gap between the two is where years disappear.

Save this if “I’ve been so busy lately” has become your default answer.

After almost 21 years of leaving school, today I felt something I cannot explain.

My school completed 80 years this year. And believe it or not, they still remembered me.

My note got published in our local newspaper.

When I saw it, my eyes became wet.
See, I was never the topper.

Passing a class itself was difficult for me.

My name was always at the bottom of the list.

The last one.

I was not in any sports team also.

I was just a simple, average boy.

Nothing special.

But my school never made me feel small.

That is the one thing I will never forget.

The teachers treated everyone the same.

The toppers and the failures.

Equal.

Nobody was looked down upon.

Nobody was made to feel less.

For a boy who always came last, that meant everything.

Slowly, that gave me confidence.

The belief that maybe I am also worth something.

And that belief changed my whole life.

Today, I am a Chartered Accountant.

I am living in Dubai.

Leading a life I once could not even dream of.

And all of this started from that one school.

The school that believed in an average boy when he didn’t believe in himself.

The teachers shaped me.

The friends carried me.

Even classmates and colleagues taught me so much.

Everyone played a part. When we are in school, we never realise it.

These are the days we keep searching for our whole life.

Those friends.

That classroom.

The sound of the bell.

The canteen.

The small fights.

The masti.

At that time, it all felt normal.

We never thought we would miss it one day.

Then life takes over.

We grow up. We get busy.

Jobs, family, responsibilities.

Slowly we forget so many things.

Faces become blurred.

Names slip away.

It happens to all of us.

It is just life. But sometimes one small thing touches your heart.

Like a note in the newspaper.

And it reminds you.

You also mattered to that place.

Even a boy who came last was remembered.

That is when I understood.

It was never the marks.

It was never the medals.

I used to think boredom meant something was wrong.
Now I think it can be a signal.
A few years ago, I felt bored.
Not because I wasn’t busy.
I was working.
Building.
Growing.
But everything felt predictable.
Same city.
Same routines.
Same conversations.
Same business.
At first, I thought I needed more motivation.
Looking back, I needed a bigger challenge.
So I listened to the signal.
I moved to Dubai.
Since then, I’ve built two businesses, expanded my network, created new opportunities, and given my family a better environment to live and grow in.
What surprised me most?
The boredom wasn’t laziness.
It was misalignment.
Sometimes you’re not unmotivated.
You’ve simply outgrown the game you’re playing.
The mistake is assuming every uncomfortable feeling needs to be pushed through.
Sometimes it’s pointing toward your next chapter.
Have you ever made a major life decision because you felt you had outgrown your current environment?

Everyone is asking:

“What jobs will AI replace?”

A better question is:

“What work is hardest to compress?”

From what I’ve seen, 4 categories stand out:

1. Accountability
Someone who carries responsibility when things go wrong.

2. Embodiment
Being physically present in the room, on-site, or face-to-face.

3. Trust Transfer
One human recommending, validating, or influencing another human.

4. Taste
Defining what “good” looks like before the data exists.

AI is exceptional at processing information.

But these areas depend on something deeper:

Responsibility.
Relationships.
Judgment.
Human context.

That’s why the future isn’t just about learning AI.

It’s about combining AI with skills that remain difficult to automate.

The people who thrive won’t compete against AI.

They’ll operate where AI needs a human in the loop.

Which of these 4 is closest to your work?

School didn’t fail you.

It trained you for a world that no longer exists.

For decades, the formula was simple:

Study hard.
Get qualified.
Get a stable job.
Stay there for decades.

That was good advice.

The problem?

The market changed.

Today, careers are shorter.
Industries evolve faster.
Skills expire quicker.
Technology rewrites job descriptions every few years.

The traits that once created security:

• Compliance
• Predictability
• Risk avoidance

are no longer rewarded the way they once were.

Instead, the market increasingly values:

• Adaptability
• Learning speed
• Optionality
• Distribution
• Entrepreneurship

The education system didn’t break.

The target moved.

And many people are still optimizing for a version of success that worked 20 years ago.

The safest path today may not be the most stable one.

It may be the one that gives you the most options.

Most founders think recurring revenue comes from monthly billing.
It doesn’t.
Monthly billing is easy.
Monthly renewal is hard.
Because customers don’t keep paying for access.
They keep paying for outcomes.
That’s why so many subscriptions struggle with churn.
The invoice keeps showing up.
The value doesn’t.
The strongest recurring businesses make the customer feel the promise is being kept every single month.
Through:
• Progress they can see
• Accountability they can feel
• Results they can measure
• Wins they don’t want to lose
Recurring revenue isn’t a billing model.
It’s a promise that keeps getting fulfilled.
If customers aren’t renewing, don’t just look at pricing.
Look at whether the promise is still being delivered.
Comment “promise” if you’re building a subscription, membership, or retainer.

I deleted Instagram for 7 days.

In the same 7 days, I shipped:
• The Agent Growth System for real estate agents
• My AI Retainer Course
• Multiple pending updates to my Udemy courses

That made me question something.

How much of my “work” was actually work?

For years, I believed more posting meant more growth.

But during those 7 days, I noticed something:

Every hour spent scrolling...

responding...

checking notifications...

was an hour not spent building.

The biggest insight wasn’t that social media is bad.

It’s that many founders confuse talking about the product with building the
product.

The content becomes the work.

The engagement becomes the reward.

The product gets delayed.

If you’re a creator, posting is the product.

If you’re an operator, the product is the product.

And sometimes the highest-leverage thing you can do is disappear for a week and ship.

What could you build if you went offline for 7 days?

Most founders think:
“My offer isn’t converting because it’s too expensive.”
Usually, that’s not the problem.
The real issue is value asymmetry.
If a prospect sees:
$100 of value for a $100 price...
the offer feels fair.
But fair rarely creates urgency.
The best offers create a different reaction:
“I’d be stupid not to take this.”
That’s where conversion jumps.
How?
Not by lowering the price.
By increasing perceived value through:
• Better outcomes
• Faster results
• Stronger guarantees
• Risk reversal
• Bonuses that actually matter
• Clearer articulation of the transformation
Same price.
Same product.
Different decision in the buyer’s mind.
Most offers don’t have a pricing problem.
They have a value communication problem.
Comment “stack” if you want to audit your offer.
