East Bengal Club Fan’s Forum on this day of 1st September 2021 has been established On July 29, 1920, Mr. Suresh Chowdhury, Mr. Sailesh Basu, Dr. Nosa Sen and Mr.

Aurobindo Ghosh in a meeting proposed the formation of a new football club. The proposal was chaired by Mr. Suresh Chowdhury and the name of the club was suggested by Mr. Sailesh Basu. Finally, on a favourable day of August 1st, 1920, the East Bengal Club was established.
