Health is not everything but without Heath everything is nothing. Health means both mental health and physical health. Physical health requires effort and exercises and mental health needs meditation and relaxation. We generally put huge attention on bodily effort and exercise and least attention to mental hygiene. Strong mind can carry a weak body but weak mind can not even carry a strong body. Hence both to be given attention equally. Stay blessed and stay strong . Live in the present moments . Ane wala pal jane wala hai. We must Love ourselves first . We can only give whatever we have. Awareness,Belongingness and Compassion, are fundamental pillars of our happiness.

It is true that problems are part of our life. It is also true that every problem has a solution. A solution focused mindset find solution in every problem and problem focused mindset find problems in every solutions. Hence we must put our attention and focus only on solution . Each morning we have got another 24 hours to explore the possibilities with new hope and faith. Stay blessed and stay strong.

এটা সত্যি যে সমস্যা আমাদের জীবনেরই একটা অংশ।
এটাও সত্যি যে প্রতিটি সমস্যারই সমাধান আছে।

সমাধান-কেন্দ্রিক মানসিকতা প্রতিটি সমস্যার মধ্যেই সমাধান খুঁজে পায়,
আর সমস্যা-কেন্দ্রিক মানসিকতা প্রতিটি সমাধানের মধ্যেই সমস্যা খুঁজে পায়।

তাই আমাদের মনোযোগ এবং দৃষ্টি শুধুমাত্র সমাধানের দিকেই রাখতে হবে।
প্রতিটি সকাল আমাদের নতুন আশা এবং বিশ্বাস নিয়ে সম্ভাবনাগুলো খোঁজার জন্য আরও ২৪ ঘণ্টা উপহার দেয়।

My jersery was made for playing game, but now it's every where, people are showing and attending 1 hrs of long Meditation as a first priority to finding inner wealth (peace and happiness) which can't be stolen by any outside factor 😃.
