ious events organized. After few months of practice I participated in a State Level Yoga championship and won a silver medal. It motivated me futher but the peace and serenity which I experienced after yoga practice was intsrumental in making it an integral part of my lifestyle. I went on to take part in many national and international championships and competitions and was always zestful in meeting other yoga practitioners coming from across the globe. Along with that I always managed to come back from the tournaments with a bag full of medals. Slowly, I also started training students for the Yoga Championship and I represented my the state as a captain of Yoga team. I have taught and trained at various yoga camps/school/Colleges for National and International level Yoga events. After seeing the immense potential and the benefits which Yoga can provide to everyone, I became interested in exploring the possibilities of including yoga in daily life. Using the Yoga postures I derived certain technique which provided many individuals with relief from chronic diseases like asthma,diabities,blood pressure and back problems etc. During this time I also worked with regions premier medical establishment like the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) where I took classes under the banner ‘Breathe Free Club’ to cure asthmatic children’s. Later I also worked with other Medical Institutes in the region and tried to help patients in recuperating through yoga. By this time I was sure that I wanted to take Yoga as a full time profession to help my fellow people to lead a healthy life. I started working with Teach Yoga, which has its centers in different countries. My work there took me to countries like USA, Thailand, Singapore ,Vietnam....
