We are delighted to announce that we have decided to actively come forward and do our small bit for the differently abled section of our society that harbour all the inherent qualities required to make a real mark in humanity, yet still lack the proper opportunity to showcase their talent and skill. It also holds true that they continue to be denied their due appreciation for what they are truly capable of. With Rutu Kalyan Half Marathon 2017 we are committed to do our small part towards furthering and consolidating the efforts that are already underway with regards to the ultimate aim of attaining true parity and an equal pedestal for the under-appreciated yet equally but differently blessed by running and working as one. Rutu Kalyan Half Marathon 2017 is a platform that provides the right amount of support and strives to not only express our minds but to also have a tangible impact that makes a marked improvement in the status-quo. We envision a society where talent and skill are not only judged by mere successes, but by what obstacles have been overcome and limitations that have been surpassed. It will once again be part of a concerted community initiative to give these athletes the right exposure to convey what dedication can achieve yet putting in motion the mechanism towards lasting progress. Its endeavour is to be a pioneering campaign to work with the local community and we invite one and all of you to come together with Rutu Kalyan Half Marathon and shape a glorious tomorrow for everyone no matter their ability. a) 21km 'Half Marathon' with Timing Chip
b) 10k 'Health Run' with Timing Chip
c) 6km ‘Rutu Run’ (For above 14 and below 58 years without Timing Chip.) d) 3km ‘Future Run’ (For between 10 - 15 years without Timing Chip.) e) 1km ‘Glory Run’ (Run for the Differently-Abled)
