How An Electronics Engineer came to meddle in Health and Healing

Anil Swaraj an Engineer from University of Poona and Post Graduate in Management who worked in corporate world and MNCs was leading a successful and so called happy materialistic life. As he reached the age of 36 yrs, the pulls and pressures of his life and work afflicted him with bodily ailments and slowly one after one - Lifestyle diseases started showing one or other symptoms. One fine morning his spine got locked and doctors diagnosed it as PIVD (prolapsed intervertebral disc - a back ache issue) and suffered subsequently a severe setback which confined him to Bed and wheel Chair for months. Trauma was so worst that he was advised to stop driving and even sitting cross legs. Sciatica Nerve Pain, Acid Reflux ,IBS ( Irritable Bowl Syndrome) RBBB ( Right Bundle Branch Block – a slight heart issue ) ,Frequent headaches, Cervical spondylosis ( Stiff Neck and Pain ), and then Inguinal hernia (in right side Pubic Bone ) are the scary disease labels he received from Allopathy and are common gifts we generally receive from stressful corporate life style . Soon he was fed up taking pills after pills of alopathy drugs to treat one after other ailment . His disease became a stepping stone for him to understand his existence beyond stupid physical world .He started understanding Quantum Healing and the behaviour of electrons to understand his own hidden subtle part of energy within him and then miracles of Healing through his own consciousness , own fundamental creativity took place .He practiced ardently yogic Kriyas and used several traditional Healing non conventional practices to heal himself . As a divine result, he got liberation from the limited dimension of his own conditioned sick body and mind . Now he feels that his every breath is linked to the universal consciousness .Competition jealous and hatred got converted into Love for all ,Compassion , Empathy , universal brotherhood and spreading this essence of his life has become an ultimate mission . Started studying Patanjali Yoga sutras in 2006 ,along with practicing Hatha YOGA and became an ardent follower of eight limbs of Patanjali Ahstanaga .In 2006 , He started practicing Yoga under the able guidance of Yog Acharya of Bharitya Yog Sansthan and attended workshops with their senior learned Yoga Gurus like Shree Prakash Lal and Shree Rishi Sharma of BYS .Continuing and enhancing his self study year after year , later on , he was inspired by Iyengar Therapeutic Yoga techniques which are famous for Yoga Asanas with lot of precision ,alignment techniques / props and Yoga with more ease .He also attended several practical workshops with renowned yoga gurus of Iyengar inspired techniques ,Transformational Yoga, Yin yoga and Aerial Yoga . To authenticate his yogic knowledge he did a Teacher training Program from Kaivalayadhama Lonavala Pune Later on he also accomplished Post Graduation in Yoga from Central University

He is still heading remotely his own company which he made two decades back as M.D to fullfill his Grasth Yogi family Life needs but gives his more time physically as a Yoga Master, Educationist ,Body Mind Health Speaker Social reformer through his non profitable organisation Swarajkendraforyoga .Utmost priority and passion for Yogic Science , Mind Body Healing and Ayurveda has finally become the only mission of his life to educate masses on Health and yogic way of life . He has held several Yoga - workshops lectures and Health camps as a lead Yoga master / Health speaker with IIMUN ( India's international movement for United Nations ) CRPF , Food Corporation of India , Indian ARMY , Sports Authority Of India Centre ,Central customs and excise, National Service Scheme (NSS) Bombay ,NSS ( Jammu University ) , Yoga Community Bali Indonesia etc . He also remained part of screening committee member for Govt of India Yoga competitions like – MY Life My Yoga by CCRYN , Ministry of Ayush , Govt of India .
