As part of our partnership with DCSDC, we’re delighted to announce details of two upcoming coaching courses supported by Sports Development Derry & Strabane

✅ Coaching Kids (Ages 5–11)
Ideal for parents, teachers, and young adults supporting young cricketers.
This course helps new and emerging coaches deliver fun, safe, and child-centred sessions.

Eligibility:
• Open to ages 16+
• Participants aged 18+ must have completed a Sport Ireland/Sport NI safeguarding workshop

📅 Date: Sunday 22nd February
⏰ Time: 10am–4pm
📍 Venue: Lisneal College, Derry/Londonderry
💷 Cost: £15

✅ Coaching Cricket (Ages 11+)
Designed for those coaching club or school players aged 11+. Focuses on player-centred coaching, cricket skills, and long-term development.

Eligibility:
• Open to ages 18+
• Safeguarding workshop required
• Coaching Kids is NOT a prerequisite

📅 Dates: Monday 2nd & Monday 16th March 2026
⏰ Time: 6–10pm
📍 Venue: Artigarvan Hall, Strabane
