I recently sat on an interview panel to select a ๐™Ž๐™˜๐™๐™ค๐™ค๐™ก ๐™‹๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™˜๐™ž๐™ฅ๐™–๐™ก.

Dozens of candidates applied. Many were qualified on paper. But ๐š ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ง๐ฎ๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฆ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ โ€” not because of what they lacked, but because of what they revealed.

I still remember making many of my business decision.
