Working on Video Series of Squat Variations.
Squat is the compund movement - helps develop leg strength and size (Quads)
Whether it's
1. Powerlifting
2. Bodybuilding
3. Olympic Weight Lifting
4. Athletics
5. General Fitness
Squat is at core each of these sports.
Technique - High Bar
1. Unrack the squat bar (while having your suitable grip), for me, it's Normal Width grip.
2. Have your stance about shoulder width apart, can be more, depending on the torso, hips and femur length relationship.
3. Inhale, push your tummy out, it helps tighten your upper body and core (That's where most people go wrong by sucking in and lose the tension).
4. Start with your hips, open your knees out, or As powerlifting legend Ed-Coan Says " Open your Tank".
5. Go Down below the knees, depending on types of sports you in and type of training plan you are in (I mean the depth of squat)
6. Push against the bar, keep pushing against the bar
7. Keep tension in your upper body,
8. Get back up and rack the bar (After doing your rep/reps).

1. Hold the bar with your suitable grip,
- close
- medium
- wide
As you feel comfortable.
2. Slide your self under the Bar with one step forward and one backward for high bar or low bar squat, mine was high bar today!!
3. Place your front feet to the side depending upon whether you are Unracking the bar with right or left feet.
4. Then place the next feet as per stance (where you feel most comfortable).
5. once you squatted your set, place the same feet forward with which started Unracking the bar.
6. Lean little forward and rack the bar, while maintaining the proper balance.

How to learn squat under 45 secs
1. Have your feet shoulder width apart.
(Best is to jump in the air and land, where you land is your stance).
2. Just work around this stance (in or out).
Goal is to find a stance where you feel most stable and strong.
3. Turn your toes about.
4. Start with your hips.
5. Go all the way down and get back up.
Note - keep your torso straight through out the movement.
