🚨 You're asking the wrong AI question.
Most professionals ask:
"Which AI tool should I learn next?"
The better question is:
"What do I want to be known for?"
AI tools will change.
Your reputation won't.
This week's edition explores why building an AI Identity may become the biggest career advantage of the next decade.

One question for you:
👉 What problem do you want to become known for solving?

Sometimes the best way to understand is to put the aside for a few hours
Over the past few months, I've spent countless hours building hashtag , hashtag -powered applications, and automation solutions.
Last week, I did something refreshingly different.
I was given a pen.
A blank sheet of paper.
And we started designing.
.
.
.
Just , ideas, , debates, and whiteboard discussions.
The challenge was simple—but incredibly realistic:
Design an end-to-end return management system that generates shipping labels while balancing customer experience, scalability, reliability, operational efficiency, and cost.
What started as a customer returning a product quickly evolved into conversations around asynchronous communication, message brokers, retry mechanisms, failure handling, scalability, architectural trade-offs, and stakeholder alignment.
It reminded me that great systems are never built by jumping straight into technology.
They're built by deeply understanding the problem first.
My biggest takeaways:
✅ Technology is the easy part. Framing the right problem is where the real engineering begins.
Before selecting tools, spend time understanding customer journeys, business constraints, and operational challenges.
✅ Architecture is about making trade-offs—not chasing the newest technology.
Every design decision affects scalability, reliability, latency, cost, and maintainability. There is rarely a perfect solution—only the best fit for the problem.
✅ The best ideas emerge through collaboration.
Watching engineers challenge assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and refine designs together reinforced how valuable diverse perspectives are in building resilient systems.
✅ AI doesn't replace systems thinking—it amplifies it.
The stronger your understanding of business processes, architecture, and decision-making, the more effectively you can leverage AI to accelerate innovation.
As someone who spends a significant amount of time building AI solutions, this session was a great reminder that every successful AI application still begins with one thing:
A process.
Sometimes, the most valuable innovation starts with a marker, a whiteboard, and a room full of curious minds.
A huge thank you to the team at Sahaj Software for creating such an engaging and hands-on learning experience. These are the sessions that challenge how we think—not just what we build. Priya Ranganathan Priyadarshan Patil Ponnala Abhinav Vishnuvardhana Reddy Kareti

AI is changing the rules of career growth.
For years, professionals were rewarded for getting more work done.
Today, that's no longer enough.
The professionals pulling ahead aren't just completing tasks faster.
They're solving bigger problems.
In my latest article, I explore why **value creation** has become the most important career skill in the AI era—and how shifting your mindset from task ex*****on to problem solving can transform your future.
One question for you:
If your daily tasks disappeared tomorrow, what value would still remain because of you?
I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Most people think they're behind.
They're not.
They're just one decision away from changing their future.
The real danger isn't that AI is moving too fast.
The real danger is convincing yourself:
"I'll learn it next month."
Then next month becomes next year.
Meanwhile...
Someone with the same experience...
The same qualifications...
And the same number of working hours...
Learns one new skill.
Works smarter.
Gets noticed.
Creates opportunities.
And quietly moves ahead.
Success rarely comes from one giant leap.
It comes from small decisions made before everyone else.
If you're reading this today...
You're not too late.
But don't mistake that for having unlimited time.

Most people think learning AI has a cost.
A subscription.
A course.
Time.
Effort.
But very few people think about the cost of NOT learning AI.
What does it cost to:
❌ Spend hours on tasks that could take minutes?
❌ Miss opportunities because you're slower to adapt?
❌ Watch others become more productive while you stay the same?
❌ Realize years later that you should have started sooner?
The biggest cost is rarely money.
It's lost time.
And time is the one thing you never get back.
The professionals who benefit most from AI won't necessarily be the smartest.
They'll be the ones who started before they were forced to.
The question is:
What is waiting costing you today?
