For years, I thought advanced yoga was about mastering difficult poses.
But the longer I practice, the more I realize:the pose is only the surface.
Real yoga humbles you.It strips the ego.It teaches patience, discipline, surrender, and balance far beyond the mat.
These days, I’m less interested in performing…and more interested in presence.
The deepest practices often happen silently.
