For the last 90 days, Deepak Gupta was almost completely away from social media .
Have worked 14–16 hours almost every single day strengthening the backbone of — systems, operations, cash flow discipline, leadership building and ex*****on.
Some solid progress during this phase:
1)SportzGuard has won 14 new prestigious sports infrastructure projects — bookings are stronger than ever.
2) Conceptualised and executed the SportzGuard Display Centre — probably one of the first dedicated sports infrastructure display centres in India in this segment.
3) Expanded our AMC & maintenance vertical with multiple new contracts, including some of Hyderabad’s most reputed gated communities (Prestige Group)
4) Built strong second-line leadership — many technicians have grown tremendously and are now independently heading departments.
5) Worked on multiple innovative products which we will share soon.
Most importantly:

• Less than 2% receivables beyond 45 days
• 100% focus on client satisfaction
Building a company is far harder & complex than it looks from outside.
In the early years, small wins give an adrenaline rush. After 3 years, maturity starts looking different.
Now the excitement comes from systems, ex*****on, cash flows, people and long-term stability.
Perhaps that’s where real companies get built. It is Difficult journey, but passion makes you do extraordinary things.
