Time: 10:00 AM
Venue: Office & Ground, 43 & 44/4, Hazarpara Lane (Akshay Danga), Bally, Howrah – 711201

Members are requested to attend the meeting punctually. Your participation is essential for the effective functioning of the Sammilani.

Agenda of the Meeting:

Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting (2023–2024).

Reading and adoption of the Secretary’s Annual Report.

Presentation and approval of the Income and Expenditure Statement for the year 2024–2025.

Appointment of Auditor.

Discussion and approval of developmental matters related to various divisions of the Sammilani.

Formation of the Working Committee for the year 2025–2026.

Miscellaneous.
