We are happy to conclude our graduation ceremony for 200 hours teacher training this july. The course was intended to impart the yogic teachings in simple, practical manner which would help the participants go deeper in their yoga practice and equips them with necessary skills to embark upon yoga teaching career. A group of enthusiastic yoginis joined us for beginner lessons in Iyengar Yoga. As a beginner yogi, the first step is to get started. Initially it might be difficult to know what to want from the practice but as one progresses, it is great to connect with body and gain attainable learnings that body provides as one starts opening up to the deeper and more philosophical aspects of yoga practice.Practitioners of Iyengar yoga will tell you that patience and regular practice will bring changes more quickly than you would think.

We absolutely love teaching and no teaching is possible without dedicated students. Ruby from UK 🇬🇧 practiced with us for almost a month and it was so good to see her progress. As much as she enjoyed the practice, we too enjoyed teaching her. Wishing her all the best and hope she continues the practice back home 🏡

Our yoga retreat to Rishikesh this June was more than just escape to the mountains. It was a divine calling which left all the participants experience something more than physical. In the middle of chaos, participants could find the underlying thread of silence that pervades everywhere. We were happy to facilitate such kind of experience for everyone who could escape the daily grinds and were able to find the spiritual freedom within.
