Yoga is not only about doing ' the pose ', but doing it the right way. Right alignment is the key, and we can achieve that by using objects around us as props.

Wishing everyone a very happy, joyous and prosperous navaratri.🎉 Navaratri marks a new beginning,a significant time where we can start something new. The worship of Goddess Durga implies the worship of shakti or the cosmic energy that is within all of us.🧘

Nava means Nine and ratri means night. It is a festival celebrated for nine nights. Literal meaning of ratri is time when one turn inward, one rests and becomes rejuvenated.

All these practices helps to increase our prana shakti and raise our consciousness. Throughout these nine days by conquering all demons within us, by invoking our prana shakti, at tenth day, the day of vijaydashmi, day of victory, we celebrate and it marks the best day to start anything new in life. With nine days of sadhana, our sattva is so high, we have so much of clarity and presence, then anything we start will definitely be more successful. So this is a very good time to go within and explore this shakti which is pervading this whole creation. And that may guide our life.
