Nurture the Seed, Transform a Lifetime 🌸 | Certified Prenatal, Postnatal & Garbha Sanskar Specialist 🧘♀️
I am deeply honored to share that I am officially certified in 50 Hours Garbha Sanskar, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga from Shubh Yoga Foundation, Rishikesh! ✨
Motherhood is a profound journey, and the environment created inside the womb lays the foundation for a child’s entire life. Modern science and ancient Ayurvedic wisdom agree: a baby’s emotional, mental, and physical blueprint begins long before their first breath.
Why Every Expecting & New Mother Needs This Practice:
Shape the Subconscious Mind (Garbha Sanskar): Through sacred vibrations, positive visualizations, and intentional sound, we cultivate a calm, intelligent, and emotionally resilient nervous system for your unborn baby.
Ease Pregnancy & Prepare for Birth (Prenatal Yoga): Gentle, safe movements strengthen the pelvic floor, relieve lower back pain, improve circulation, and use targeted pranayama (breathwork) to release endorphins while lowering stress hormones.
Restore & Rebuild Postpartum (Postnatal Care): Guided recovery helps regain core strength, correct posture, ease nursing tension, and provide the emotional grounding needed during early motherhood.
When a mother moves with awareness and peace, her baby absorbs that exact harmony.

When mindfulness meets delicious food… ✨”
Still floating on the wonderful energy from our recent Meditation & Satvik Potluck! 🧘♀️✨🍲
There is something so magical about slowing down together, going inward through meditation, and then gathering around a table to nourish our bodies with wholesome, soul-filled Satvik food.
Swipe through to read what our beautiful community had to say! ➡️ 💬
“Felt so light and peaceful afterward!”
“The food made with pure love and intention tasted completely different.”
Yoga and mindfulness don’t stop when we open our eyes—they live in every breath, every connection, and every bite we take. ❤️
After sitting together in stillness and breath, we broke bread (and enjoyed some incredible homemade creations!) cooked with Prana (vital force) and love. The energy in the room was electric yet so deeply peaceful.
Here is a glimpse of what our amazing attendees felt after the session! 💬👇
If you’ve been looking for a warm, welcoming space to recharge, meditate, and enjoy great plant-based food with likeminded souls, you belong here.
📩 Send a DM with “SATVIK” to be added to the early-bird list for our next gathering!

Yoga doesn’t end when we step off the mat. 🧘✨
In yoga, we learn about Ahimsa (non-harming) and Sauca (purity)—principles that extend directly to how we nourish our bodies. A Satvik diet isn’t just about pure, fresh, plant-based food; it’s about eating meals prepared with love, intention, and mindfulness. 🌿✨
We recently gathered for a Satvik Potluck, and my heart (and stomach!) is so full. Seeing our community come together, sharing homemade dishes made with conscious energy, was a true reflection of living yoga in everyday life. Shervil Humbir Mansi Watve Vaishali Tyagi

Kids yoga is about so much more than making fun shapes on a mat. It is a child’s very first lesson in listening to their body, respecting their physical boundaries, and building inner strength. 🌿👧👦
To deeply honor that process, I knew I needed to back up my Kids Yoga TTC with the highest standard of child protection. I have recently completed my POCSO Certification.
What does this mean for my classes?
1️⃣ Empowered Movement: Through yoga, kids learn to love and respect their bodies.
2️⃣ Safety & Trust: Through POCSO compliance, parents and schools can trust that children are in a trauma-informed, fiercely protected space.
3️⃣ Life Skills: Combining this with soft skills means kids learn how to confidently use their voice, say “no” when uncomfortable, and understand positive vs. negative touch through mindfulness.
Off the mat and into the world—let’s keep our children safe, happy, and mindful. 🌟

Tuesday teamwork and soulful reminders. 👣💛There is so much strength in finding balance—both within ourselves and when connecting with others. True yoga teaches us to keep an even mind through every success and failure, anchoring us in what truly matters.
Grateful for the practice, the alignment, and the journey.

✨ Happy International Yoga Day 2026! ✨
Today, as the global community unrolls its mats for the 12th International Day of Yoga, we are celebrating a theme that resonates deeply with every single one of us: Yoga for Healthy Ageing. 🧘♂️🌿
Ageing is a beautiful, natural rhythm of life, but how we age is a conscious choice. This year’s theme reminds us that yoga isn’t just about touching your toes today—it’s about building a body that moves with freedom and a mind that rests in peace for all the tomorrows to come.
As the Bhagavad Gita beautifully teaches us
“Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam” — Yoga is skill in action.
It is the ultimate tool for lifelong vitality, keeping our inner flame steady, resilient, and vibrant at every stage of life. Whether you are 20 or 70, yoga meets you exactly where you are and guides you forward with grace.
Let’s take this practice off the mat and into our everyday lives—choosing health, mindfulness, and inner peace every single day.
How are you celebrating your practice today? Let us know in the comments below! 👇
