Here what has to say about her life and yoga.

Born into a family of Yoga practitioners, neither the term nor the practice itself was new to me. However, it’s quite a disgrace that I didn’t pick it up at an early age. It did not come to me naturally and I was never inclined towards it. I started learning Bharatanatyam at the age of 6. Few years into practice, I started Yoga for strength training and conditioning as it is very essential for Bharatnatyam. Since then, I haven’t looked back. Do I practice Yoga everyday? No. Do I want to? Yes. Has the little practice I’ve done over the years helped me? Absolutely!
