YTTC is where practice turns into understanding. 🧘‍♀️🌿

Our students practising the Salamba Sarvangasana sequence in Ashtanga Yoga — not simply learning how to perform the postures, but exploring the deeper aspects of the practice.

Through regular practice, they learn to observe the body, understand alignment, coordinate movement with breath, experience the discipline of a sequence, and develop awareness within every transition.

A Yoga Teacher Training Course is not about collecting techniques.
It is about experiencing yoga deeply enough to understand it, and understanding it deeply enough to share it with others. 🤍

From student → practitioner → teacher. ✨

Learning how to use the wall as a powerful teaching tool to improve alignment, stability, body awareness, and confidence. Our TTC students are mastering safe modifications and intelligent sequencing to make yoga accessible for every practitioner.

A yoga teacher is not made in a day—it is a journey of continuous learning, practice, self-reflection, and dedication.

During our Yoga Teacher Training Course, students regularly lead practice classes to develop confidence, improve communication, refine their teaching methodology, and understand how to guide students with awareness and precision.

Every cue they give, every adjustment they learn, and every sequence they teach prepares them for the day they step into a classroom as confident yoga teachers.

Because teaching yoga is about more than sharing postures—it’s about sharing knowledge, presence, and compassion. 🤍

In our YTTC alignment classes, learning becomes deeper when students support one another. Every correction, observation, and adjustment helps build not just better teachers, but a stronger yoga community.

In our Yoga Teacher Training Course, every student progresses at their own pace. One student is practicing the final expression of Marichyasana C, while another is expressing a modification to build the same foundation safely.

Yoga is never about forcing the body into a shape—it’s about preparing the body for the pose with awareness, patience, and proper alignment.

✨ Why are modifications important?
• They make the practice safe and accessible.
• They improve alignment and stability.
• They help release unnecessary tension.
• They gradually increase mobility without strain.
• They build strength, confidence, and body awareness.
• They reduce the risk of injury and support long-term progress.

A modification isn’t a “lesser” version of the pose—it’s the right version for your body today. Consistent practice with the right support often leads to a stronger and more sustainable final posture.

At Shree Yogvilla, we encourage every student to honour their body’s journey, because yoga is about mindful progress, not perfect poses. 😇✨

Teaching yoga is more than demonstrating postures—it’s about learning how to guide with knowledge, clarity, and compassion. ✨

In our Teaching Methodology & Hands-on Adjustment class, trainees develop the skills to observe alignment, give clear verbal cues, and offer safe, mindful adjustments with confidence and respect. Every adjustment is made with awareness, consent, and the intention of helping students experience greater stability, comfort, and ease.

A great yoga teacher doesn’t just teach poses—they create a safe space where every student feels supported, understood, and inspired to grow.

Because great teachers are shaped by knowledge, practice, and presence. 🙏

Did you know why we use yoga props during practice? 🤔🧘‍♀️

Because yoga is not about forcing the body… it’s about supporting it.

Props like blocks, straps, and bolsters help you:
✨ Improve alignment
✨ Go deeper into poses safely
✨ Prevent injuries
✨ Make practice accessible for every body
✨ Build strength with awareness

Yoga props are not a shortcut… they are a smart way to practice with mindfulness and care 🌿

Your body deserves support, not struggle 💛
