Delhi Gymkhana Cricket Club defeated Darling Cricket Club by 87 runs today in a DDCA league match. For them their captain Manpreet Singh shines with the ball. He took 4 wickets for 20 runs in 8 overs with 2 maidens. Mangal Singh was the highest run getter. He made 54 runs of 50 balls.

WITH THE HELP OF THIRD CONSECUTIVE CENTURY BY CAPTAIN MANPREET SINGH, DELHI GYMKHANA CRICKET CLUB DEFEATED DELHI WANDERERS BY 122 RUNS IN A DDCA LEAGUE MATCH YESTERDAY.
BATTING FIRST DGCC SCORED A HEALTHY 350 RUNS FOR THE LOST OF 3 WICKETS IN 40 OVERS, THANKS TO A BRILLIANT HUNDRED BY THEIR CAPTAIN MANPREET SINGH WHO MADE A STROKE FULL 132 RUNS OF JUST 100 BALLS WITH 17 FOURS AND 5 SIXES. HE WAS WELL SUPPORTED BY AKASH 89 RUNS, 72 BALLS, 7 FOURS, 5 SIXES. JATIN SINGH 75 RUNS NOT OUT, 51 BALLS, 9 FOURS AND 2 SIXES AND JAI AHUJA 34 RUNS NOT OUT, 14 BALLS, 5 FOURS AND A SIX.
CHASING THE TARGET OF 351 RUNS, DELHI WANDERERS WERE BOWLED OUT ON 228 RUNS IN 36 OVERS.
FOR DELHI GYMKHANA CC, JATIN SINGH GAVE AN ALL ROUND PERFORMANCE. AFTER SCORING 75 NOT OUT RUNS, HE TOOK 3 WICKETS IN 7 OVERS OF 22 RUNS. BUT OUR BEST BOWLER WAS GAURAV PANDEY. HE TOOK 5 WICKETS IN 7 OVERS GAVE ONLY 36 RUNS. DEEPANSHU NANGIYA ALSO CHIPPED IN WITH 2 WICKETS OF 44 RUNS.
JATIN SINGH WAS THE PLAYER OF THE MATCH FOR HIS ALL ROUND PERFORMANCE. MANPREET SINGH WAS BEST BATSMAN AND GAURAV PANDEY WAS BEST BOWLER.
