My favourite - Grilled Chicken Salad😋 for those washboard abs💪

2 boneless breast pieces.
Freshly pounded ginger and garlic.
Fresh coriander leaves paste.
Crushed black pepper.

Marinate boneless chicken for 2 hours in refrigerator with all the above, lemon juice, olive oil, onion cut small and salt as per taste.
Grill in oven at 180°c for about 10 minutes and then reduce heat to 160° for 10 minutes. Let it rest for another 5 minutes.

Blanch brocolli florets in warm water for 2 minutes.
Cut green and yellow capsicum and carrots as per picture and saute for 1 minute with brocolli in olive oil. Add salt, black pepper and some chilli flakes. Now dress up the grilled chicken with this salad and your dish is ready😋
