Understand personality in easy words👇
Imagine your personality as a unique paintbrush you use to color the world around you. The way you dip it into colors (your emotions), the strokes you make (your behaviors), and the patterns you naturally prefer (your habits) - all these make your artwork distinct from others. It's like a mix of your favorite songs, the way you like your coffee, how you react when you're happy or sad, and even how you interact with friends. So, your personality is just the special blend of traits that makes you, well, YOU!
It's your own unique style in this big art gallery of life.

So it is very important that you deal with your childhood “issues” or else your “baggage” will come back and hamper your relationships specially romantic relationships. Seek professional help if required.

The Kamin effect, named after psychologist Leon Kamin, it is a phenomenon in which the presence of a familiar or predictable cue can prevent learning or attention to a new or unexpected cue. In simpler terms, if we are used to a certain way of doing things or expecting certain outcomes, it can be difficult for us to notice or pay attention to something different or unexpected. Our brains tend to focus on what we already know or are familiar with, which can make it harder for us to learn or notice new information.
