WMPSC was proud to participate in the Industry Academia Sector Skill Councils Outreach Programme organised by the Namo Gujarat Kaushalya and Rojgar Mission (NGKRM) in Ahmedabad.

The programme brought together industry leaders, academic institutions, and Sector Skill Councils to foster stronger partnerships, align skill development with industry needs, and create enhanced employment opportunities for India’s youth.

WMPSC successfully concluded a five-day upskilling program for plumbing technicians in collaboration with Ashiana Foundation , the CSR arm of Ashiana Housing. The program focused on enhancing technical competencies to improve the quality of installation, repair, and maintenance practices across project sites.

Led by our expert Master trainers, the initiative reflects our continued commitment to creating a highly skilled and future-ready plumbing workforce.

WMPSC, in collaboration with Duravit AG , proudly launched the Saksham - Learn. Lead & Grow, Plumber Training Program with its inaugural session in Ahmedabad, where 33 plumbing technicians successfully participated.

This initiative marks the first step towards our goal of training 300 plumbing technicians by the middle of this financial year, empowering the workforce with advanced skills, industry knowledge, and hands-on expertise.

Together, we are building a stronger, future-ready plumbing workforce through industry-led skilling and meaningful partnerships.
