Day 18/21 β Kapotasana ποΈ
Some poses challenge your strength. Some challenge your flexibility. Kapotasana challenges your willingness to open up.
As the chest expands and the spine bends deeply, this pose reminds us to let go of what weighs us down and create space for growth, confidence, and freedom.
Keep showing up. The journey is transforming you in ways you cannot always see. β¨
Meet mrs. Geeta Gupta.
The reason she started yoga may not be the reason she continues today.
What began as a way to feel better gradually became a part of her daily life.
Today, yoga helps her stay active, energetic, and confident as she moves through life.
As we celebrate International Yoga Day and this year's theme, Yoga for Healthy Aging, here's her experience in her own words.

Day 15/21 β Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) π³
Just like a tree stands firm through changing seasons, Vrikshasana teaches us the power of balance, stability, and patience.
This simple yet powerful posture helps improve concentration, strengthens the legs, enhances posture, and develops better body awareness. As the body finds balance, the mind learns to stay calm and focused.
Stay rooted. Stay steady. Keep growing. πΏ

Remember: Shishasan should be practised under proper guidance and with adequate preparation.
