''Nurturing the Divine with Prenatal Yoga''
On Day 5 of Navratri, we honor Goddess Skandamata, the epitome of a mother’s nurturing energy and protective strength. She cradles her child, guiding him with love and courage. In the same way, prenatal yoga nurtures both the mother and the child within, offering a path to strength, flexibility, and calmness during pregnancy.

Just as Skandamata embodies the divine bond between mother and child, prenatal yoga fosters this connection through mindful movement and breathwork, allowing mothers-to-be to prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for the journey ahead.
Yoga Practices for Day 5:
• Malasana (Garland Pose): Opens the hips, grounding the mother with stability and strength for childbirth.
• Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose): Enhances flexibility and relaxation in the pelvic region, aiding a smooth delivery process.
