Day 1, in the books 🧬
Our NGS in Healthcare workshop kicked off with Dr. Bharti walking participants through why sequencing costs have dropped so dramatically, and where that's taking clinical medicine right now: rare disease diagnosis, cancer genomics, infectious disease tracking, and drug response prediction 💊
Then came the practical side — comparing Illumina, PacBio, Oxford Nanopore, and more, and following a sample's full journey from collection to a clinically annotated variant report 🔬
3 days left. This is exactly the kind of workshop you don't want to catch up on later 🌐 Join the next one from here 🌐 https://bdglifesciences.com/events/workshop/online-workshops

One simulation can look convincing and still be wrong. That's why reproducibility matters.
Our Replicate and Convergence Studies service runs independent repeat simulations to reduce bias and build real statistical confidence into a result, not just a single lucky trajectory.
Standard practice for us, not an upsell. 📩 Message us to learn more or email to [email protected]

It's happening right now. Day 1 starts today. ⏰
The NGS Applications in Healthcare workshop kicks off today at 5 PM London time.
Still on the fence? You can still join — every session is recorded, so you won't miss a thing. But the sooner you're in, the more live Q&A time you get with Dr. Bharti.
📅 Runs through 16 July

An antibody response is not one signal — it's a whole repertoire of clones, each telling part of the story.
Our BCR Sequencing service covers single-cell VDJ and bulk repertoire analysis: clonotyping, isotyping, diversity, and somatic hypermutation, built for antigen and vaccine-response studies.
Specialized immune profiling, backed by years in the field. 📩 Message us to [email protected]

Your trainer has spent 18 years working with actual patients, not just publishing papers.
Meet Dr. Bharti — the trainer behind this workshop.
18+ years in Molecular Genetics, Transplant Immunology, Hemato-oncology, and CAR-T cell therapy. She's worked hands-on with the exact clinical datasets this workshop is built around.
That's the difference between learning genomics in theory vs. learning it the way it's actually used in diagnostics labs and hospitals. 🏥
📅 Workshop: 13–16 July, live 5–6:30 PM London time

Day 1 you're reading raw sequencing files. Day 4 you're identifying antibiotic resistance genes.
Here's the 4-day breakdown 👇
Day 1 — NGS fundamentals + file formats (FASTQ, BAM, VCF)
Day 2 — Clinical variant analysis (WGS, exome, gene panels)
Day 3 — RNA-Seq + cancer gene expression
Day 4 — Metagenomics + infectious disease pathogen ID
Built on the Galaxy Webserver, so there's zero command-line required. Just real clinical data and a live expert walking you through every step. 💻
Recordings included, so you can revisit anytime.

Seven days. One complete drug discovery workflow.
From the first software installation to molecular docking, GROMACS molecular dynamics simulations and ADMET profiling, our participants completed the same computational workflow used in modern structure-based drug discovery research.
By the end of the workshop they could confidently:
✔ Prepare proteins and ligands for docking
✔ Perform molecular docking with AutoDock Vina
✔ Screen multiple compounds using PyRx
✔ Build and run MD simulations in GROMACS
✔ Interpret RMSD, RMSF, SASA, Radius of Gyration and other stability parameters
✔ Perform ADMET and toxicity prediction
✔ Generate publication-quality molecular visualisations
That's what seven days of practical learning can achieve.
If you watched this batch from the sidelines, don't let the next one pass by.
Registrations for the next workshop are now open.

Everyone talks about molecular docking 🧫
Fewer people can actually build the QSAR model that decides which compounds are worth docking in the first place 📊
That gap is exactly what this workshop closes.
5 days. Live trainer. Real datasets. Certificate included.

One workshop. Four clinical genomics skills most people take four courses to learn.
Variant analysis 🧬
Cancer RNA-Seq 🧫
Pathogen metagenomics 🦠
Antibiotic resistance profiling 🛡️
All four, in one 4-day live workshop — hands-on, on your own laptop, real clinical datasets, no coding experience needed.

An average tells you what a population looks like on paper. Single-cell data tells you what is actually happening, cell by cell.
Our Single-Cell RNA-Seq service (10x Genomics) covers human, mouse, pig, and cattle systems — QC, clustering, cell-type annotation, marker analysis, and differential expression, all the way through.
Built on more than a decade of transcriptomics experience. 🧫
