The frame is made of Reynolds 525 and 4130 tubes both of which are seamless cold-worked chrome-molybdenum alloy. Comes fitted with a reliable mullet Microshift 2x10 drivetrain that offers a wide range of gears for different terrains and loads.46/30T FSA crankset combined with 11-40T cassette provides enough gear range to tackle steeper gradients. WTB ST are tubeless-compatible rims that can be converted to run without inner tubes for better puncture resistance and ride quality. 650B x 50c tyres offer a balance between speed, comfort, and grip.

With a low and high gear inches of 20 and 112 and comfortable increments, it makes sure you are never out of gears.

The KETTLEXPRESS bikes are available in six sizes (XS to XXL).

This is our custom built steel frame in the making.

Built around a pure gear philosophy, it features a completely brakeless setup, clearance for up to 37C tyres, and no mounts whatsoever. Just the essentials for a clean and uncompromised ride.

We manufacture our own dropouts in house and braze stainless steel dropout protectors onto them for additional durability and long term wheel retention.

The Zanskar forms the foundation of our custom steel frames—built around a Reynolds 525 core and designed to be finished to your exact requirements. Each frameset is made to order, with the option to select from our standard geometry or pursue a fully custom fit.

The geometry is carefully balanced between track responsiveness and everyday usability, resulting in a ride that is fast, stable, and comfortable in urban conditions.

The Zanskar is our fixed-gear frameset, designed with clearance for up to 37C tyres and equipped with mounts for long-reach caliper brakes, paired with a biplanar fork. This tyre clearance represents the upper limit for caliper brake compatibility.
