Classes are open for all. The current classes are happening in MJL Swimming pool, camp road. We got options for conducting classes in Hilton Swimming pool, Chromepet as well.

Let's make a fit and healthier young ones
Hello friends, after giving a serious thought, we are planning to start a Fitness Academy for kids and ladies. It will be headed by my dad, Ramalingam, Retired District Sports Officer, and Athletic coach.
We are targeting on improving the ABC's - Agility, Balance and Co-ordination.
For kids we are targeting till 15 years. Our aim is to get them the base strong, which will push them to greater height.
It will be just a 45 min to an hour for three days in the week.
We are also planning to include swimming classes, for which we are in talks with nearby swimming pool. This will be open for all.
