As we are entering into this new month of September I was guided to open 💜 up the meditation for all women ...

The best investment in lifetime 💖 is the time you can choose for yourselves to reflect upon.

Here I am happy to announce now the exclusive guided meditation sessions for women with two slots ..

Slot 1: 5.30 to 6 AM IST

Slot 2: 7 to 7.30 PM IST

We have special fertility meditations continuing in the same slot ( 6 to 6.30 pm)

Often women ask me what is one quick tip you can give me to help for conception...

Our body is an intelligent 24*7 machine that can self repair itself...

Whenever you get some free time.. definitely we take breaks in between our office work and household work..

Instead of scrolling.your phone ..... Just observe your breath for five to 10 counts.. till you feel connected.

Then bring your awareness to your uterus and you can affirm that it is healthy to hold my child.. for two to three times.. ..

Do this till it becomes your habit. 🌹
