* Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable
* Carry valid ID proof for BIB collection
* BIB collection by a representative requires ID proof & consent letter
* No on-the-spot registrations
* BIBs & Timing Chips are non-exchangeable
* Incorrect BIB usage (back/folded/damaged) may lead to disqualification
