Dear fellow IIITians,
One of our alumni, Manish Sinha(EEE 2017 batch) is battling a heart disease and is fighting for life at KIMS hospital. He will be requiring a surgery within the next 2 days and the cost of treatment is around 7 lakhs rupees. Out of the total amount, 5 lakhs will be sponsored by the government. The rest 2 lakhs is to be beared by friends and family. As his entire family is under extreme stress at the moment, it will be difficult for them to arrange such a large amount at such a short notice. So, I urge each one of you to donate any amount that you can to help out our fellow alumnus.
Manpreet Singh ( ETC 2017 batch) has been with him from the beginning and is cooperating with Manish's parents for the logistics part.
