Was facing sharp pain in my right knee.
Added 2 exercises into my warmup and it has helped immensely.
Single leg touch down squats, resistance band squats.

Training with only full ROM may not be optimum for hypertrophic gain, what will make the difference is training the muscle at full muscle length with constant tension.
