A demonstration of Garudasana (Eagle Pose) on my student during our evening yoga session.
Garudasana is a beautiful balancing asana that requires strength, stability, concentration and body awareness. In the demonstration, Iβm guiding my student through the correct positioning of the standing leg, the wrapping of the opposite leg, arm placement and maintaining an upright spine with a steady gaze.
The focus is not just on getting into the posture, but on understanding the alignment, breathing steadily and finding balance without unnecessary tension. πΏ
With regular practice, Garudasana helps develop better balance, coordination, focus and stability while encouraging us to remain calm and present.
One posture, many layers of awareness. β¨

Baddha Konasana | Bound Angle Pose π§π»ββοΈ
A gentle yet powerful hip-opening posture that encourages mobility through the hips, inner thighs and pelvis.
In this demonstration, Iβm guiding my student into Baddha Konasana with attention to alignment, comfort and breath β because yoga is not about forcing the body into a shape, but creating awareness within it.
β¨ Keep the spine long
β¨ Let the knees soften naturally
β¨ Stay relaxed through the shoulders
β¨ Breathe slowly and comfortably
Practice with awareness. Progress with patience.

The hardest part is often not knowing what to doβitβs choosing to do it. Sometimes we stay where we are because comfort feels safer than change. But deep down, we already know the next step. β¨
Growth begins when we stop negotiating with ourselves and start taking action. Step outside your comfort zone. Trust yourself. Begin. π§ββοΈβ¨

Teaching headstand online is a completely different challenge. π€
When Iβm not physically there to guide, adjust, or correct you, every instruction has to be clear enough for you to understand and feel in your own body.
Thatβs why online teaching requires patience, precision, and trust β from both teacher and student. π§ββοΈβ¨
Headstand isnβt just about getting upside down. Itβs about learning the right foundation, alignment, breath, and confidence step by step.
Managing everything. Building my dream. π€β¨
Behind every yoga class is so much more than teaching β planning classes, managing students, creating content, marketing, handling accounts, admin work, supporting online students, and constantly finding ways to grow.
Building Yogdharna Yoga isnβt always easy, but every little task is a step toward the vision I believe in. πΏ
Doing it with purpose, passion, gratitude and discipline. π§π»ββοΈπ
One class. One student. One idea. One day at a time.
Seeing a student perform Chakrasana beautifully, simply by following my online instructions, brings me immense happiness. π₯Ήβ€οΈ
Teaching yoga online is not always easy. You canβt physically adjust, guide or correct your student, so seeing them understand the instructions, trust the process and safely work their way into an advanced asana feels truly special.
This is why I teach. Not just to teach a posture, but to help students discover what they are capable ofβeven from miles away. π§ββοΈβ¨
So proud of you! β€οΈ
