Today at Wrong Gym, Electronic City, we proudly conducted a CPR Awareness & Emergency Response Session in collaboration with KIIMS Hospital 🏥
Shiva Ranjan Reddy doctor didn’t just teach theory—they brought real-life emergency scenarios and demonstrated hands-on CPR training using mannequins, helping our members understand what truly needs to be done when every second matters.
🚨 In a critical situation, remember these life-saving steps:
✔️ Check responsiveness
✔️ Call emergency (108) immediately
✔️ Start CPR without delay
✔️ 30 chest compressions : 2 breaths
✔️ Push hard & fast (100–120/min)
✔️ Continue until help arrives
