What is Stretch & Beyond for Ballet (SBB)?

Led by Ms. Yana Lewis, SBB classes complement our students’ regular ballet training by helping develop the strength, flexibility, and alignment they need to dance at their best.

Our Primary Ballet students, aged 7–11, build on the foundations of classical ballet through increasingly structured training.

They begin developing centre work, port de bras, travelling steps and jumps, while building strength, posture, coordination and musicality.

Our Pre-Primary Ballet students, aged 4-6, begin building the foundations of classical ballet through movement, music, imagination, and play.

Through stories, rhymes, and games, they develop coordination, posture, musicality, and an understanding of basic ballet movements.
