Want to target your side delts and front delts more effectively? πͺ
In this video, Iβm showing a unique shoulder combination that very few people know:
β‘οΈ Lying Cable Side Lateral Curls β focused on the side deltoid
β‘οΈ Superset with Lying Cable Front Raises β focused on the front deltoid
π₯ 15 reps Γ 3 sets
π₯ Controlled movement
π₯ Constant cable tension
π₯ Great addition to your shoulder hypertrophy routine
If your goal is muscle hypertrophy, bigger shoulders and better delt development, give this combination a try!

π₯ NEW BICEPS TRAINING METHOD! | Floor Cable Curls + Standing Cable Curls πͺ
Tried a different way to isolate the biceps using the Cable Crossover Machine + 2 D Handles!
For this set:
πΉ Floor D-Handle Cable Curls β 20 reps
πΉ Immediately followed by Standing D-Handle Cable Curls β 20 reps
π₯ 20 + 20 reps = 40-rep superset
The floor position changes the resistance profile and helps keep constant tension on the biceps. Moving straight into standing curls creates an intense pump and keeps the biceps working without much rest.
πͺ New method. New stimulus. Maximum biceps tension!
Try it with controlled reps and focus on squeezing the biceps rather than just moving the weight.

πͺ Isometric Hold Method for Maximum Muscle Growth
In this video, Iβve explained the Isometric Hold Method in weight training. Choose a weight that allows you to perform around 10 reps with good form. After completing the final rep, hold the weight in the most challenging position for a few seconds before lowering it.
This technique significantly increases time under tension, creating greater muscle stress and improving muscle fiber recruitment. The extra tension can help stimulate muscle hypertrophy (muscle growth), enhance muscular endurance, and build better control and stability.
β οΈ Use proper form throughout the movement and avoid holding your breath. This technique is best used by intermediate and advanced lifters as part of a well-structured training program.
Train smart. Stay consistent. Build stronger muscles! πͺπ₯
Unilateral Training for Better Balance & Muscle Growth πͺ
In this workout, I focused on unilateral (single-arm) training to improve strength, stability, and muscle development.
Workout:
* ποΈ 10 kg Γ 10 reps (each arm)
* ποΈ 7.5 kg Γ 10 reps (each arm)
* ποΈ 5 kg Γ 10 reps (each arm)
* ποΈ 12.5 kg Γ 5 reps (each arm)
Unilateral exercises train one side of the body at a time, helping to correct muscle imbalances while improving balance, coordination, core stability, and overall functional strength. They also increase time under tension, creating greater muscle stress that supports muscle hypertrophy (muscle growth) when combined with proper nutrition and recovery.
Whether youβre a beginner or an experienced lifter, adding unilateral exercises to your routine can enhance performance, reduce strength asymmetries, and build a stronger, more balanced physique.
π₯ Train smart. Train strong. Stay consistent.

High Intense Drop Set Workout
In this video, I demonstrate a High Intense Drop Set using 10kg, 7.5kg, and 5kg dumbbells.
The workout is performed with zero rest between weight changes:
* 10 reps with 10kg
* Immediately 10 reps with 7.5kg
* Immediately 10 reps with 5kg
This method creates continuous tension on the muscles, increases workout intensity, and pushes the muscles beyond normal fatigue levels. It is an excellent technique for muscle hypertrophy, endurance, and maximizing muscle activation in a short amount of time.
One of the biggest advantages of this workout is time efficiency. If you have a busy schedule, high intense drop sets can help you complete a powerful training session in around 30 minutes while still giving your muscles a serious challenge.
Train hard, stay consistent, and make every minute count!

Superset Chest Workout πͺπ₯
Todayβs workout: Chest Press + Chest Flyes Superset
β
Chest Press β 15 Reps
β‘οΈ Immediately followed by
β
Chest Flyes β 15 Reps
No rest between exercises! This superset maximizes chest activation, increases muscle pump, improves endurance, and saves workout time. Combining a compound movement (Chest Press) with an isolation movement (Chest Flyes) is an excellent way to challenge your chest muscles from different angles.

Pyramid Training πΊπͺ
One of the best ways to build muscle endurance and strength!
Ascending Pyramid:
ποΈ 5 kg Γ 30 reps
ποΈ 7.5 kg Γ 20 reps
ποΈ 10 kg Γ 10 reps
Descending Pyramid:
ποΈ 10 kg Γ 10 reps
ποΈ 7.5 kg Γ 20 reps
ποΈ 5 kg Γ 30 reps
Starting with lighter weights and increasing the load is called an Ascending Pyramid. Reducing the weight while increasing the reps is called a Descending Pyramid.
Combining both in the same workout is known as a Full Pyramid (Ascending + Descending Pyramid), an effective training method to improve muscle endurance, strength, and achieve a great muscle pump.
