अबदुल्लाह स्कूल की छात्रा ने यूपी स्टेट योग स्पोर्ट्स चैंपियनशिप में लिया हिस्सा

अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम विश्वविद्यालय (एएमयू) के अबदुल्लाह स्कूल की कक्षा II-A की छात्रा इनाया ज़फर ने उत्तर प्रदेश योग स्पोर्ट्स एसोसिएशन द्वारा आयोजित यूपी-स्टेट योग स्पोर्ट्स चैंपियनशिप 2026 में हिस्सा लिया। उत्तर प्रदेश योग स्पोर्ट्स एसोसिएशन, WYSF इंडिया योग स्पोर्ट्स एसोसिएशन से संबद्ध है।

उत्तर प्रदेश के इटावा में 7 से 9 अगस्त तक आयोजित इस चैंपियनशिप ने युवा प्रतिभागियों को राज्य स्तर पर प्रतिस्पर्धा करने का अवसर प्रदान किया। इनाया ने मिनी सब-जूनियर वर्ग में अबदुल्लाह स्कूल का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए उत्साह, अनुशासन और आत्मविश्वास के साथ भाग लिया।

अबदुल्लाह स्कूल की अधीक्षक सुश्री उमरा ज़हीर ने इनाया को उनकी सहभागिता के लिए बधाई दी और उनके उत्साह एवं प्रयासों की सराहना की। उन्होंने इनाया को योग, खेल और अकादमिक क्षेत्र में अपने कौशल को निरंतर विकसित करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि इस तरह की सहभागिता विद्यार्थियों के शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य, अनुशासन और समग्र विकास में योगदान देती है।

S.T.S. School, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), organised a prize distribution ceremony to honour students who brought laurels to the school through outstanding achievements in academic, literary, cultural, performing arts, technology and sports competitions.

📝 Mohammad Ahtesham Ali secured 2nd position in Slogan Writing and Poster Presentation competitions.

📖 Abu Huraira secured 2nd position in the Senior Group Qirat Competition at Al-Barkaat Public School.

💻 Javer Khan received a Certificate of Appreciation for participation at Techfest, IIT Bombay, while Juned Khan was recognised for his participation in a fully sponsored residential summer camp involving drone technology and 3D image design.

🎤 Mohammad Shafique Khan was felicitated for his participation in Sansad Youth Parliament 2026.

🎭 The STS School team secured First Runner-Up in the English Literature Farce category at MRINALINI: The Annual Inter School Celebration of Performing Arts – 2026.

🏃‍♂️ SPORTS ACHIEVEMENT
Adding to the school’s sporting success, Master Junaid Ali of Class X was selected for the State-Level Under-16 Athletic Meet. Principal Mr. Faisal Nafis felicitated Junaid with a commemorative medal and congratulated him on his achievement.

👏 Sports teachers Mr. Mohd. Adnan Khan, Mr. Mohammad Asim and Mr. Waseem Khan were appreciated for their guidance and mentoring.

Principal Mr. Faisal Nafis congratulated all achievers and emphasised that participation in competitions develops confidence, creativity, leadership, discipline and a spirit of healthy competition.

🏆 RMPS AMU City School Students Shine in Seerat-un-Nabi Competitions 🌟

Students of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh (RMPS) AMU City School, Aligarh Muslim University, brought laurels to the institution by securing several prizes, including two first positions, in the Seerat-un-Nabi competitions organized at Al-Barkaat Public School.

AMU NCC Unit Invites Students for Enrolment in 1/8 and 2/8 Companies

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) Unit at the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has invited students to enrol in the 1/8 and 2/8 Companies of NCC, AMU, offering them opportunities for leadership development, personality building, physical and mental fitness and national integration.

NCC enrolment also provides several benefits, including eligibility for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview, reserved seats in Agniveer and other forces, preference in Public Service Commission (PSC) and Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations, and benefits in admission to various courses.

Interested students may visit the NCC Campus, located opposite the Department of Geography (behind the Vice Chancellor’s Lodge), AMU, for enrolment.

The NCC programme seeks to inculcate leadership, discipline, social responsibility and a spirit of service among students. The enrolment drive carries the message, “Be a Part of NCC – Build Leadership, Character & Nation,” reflecting the NCC motto, “Unity and Discipline.”
